恩智浦半导体开发了MIFARE Ultralight EV1 MF0ULx1,可用于非接触式智能票证、智能卡或令牌以及近距离耦合设备(PCD)。MF0ULx1设计用于兼容ISO/IEC 14443 A类标准的环境。目标应用包括公共交通网络中的单程票或专用票证、会员卡或活动中的日票。MF0ULx1可用来代替传统票证解决方案,如纸质票证、磁条票证或硬币。它亦是代替非接触式卡系列的完美票证解决方案,如代替MIFARE DESFire或MIFARE Plus。
MIFARE Ultralight EV1承继了MIFARE Ultralight票证IC的特性,在功能上完全向后兼容。其增强的功能和命令集可实现更高效的部署,为系统设计提供更多灵活性。
MIFARE Ultralight EV1的机械和电气特性满足嵌体和纸质票证制造商的要求。
在MIFARE系统中,MF0ULx1以少量匝数连接线圈。MF0ULx1符合TFC.0 (Edmondson)和TFC.1 (ISO)票证格式。
MF0ULx1芯片集成17 pF片内谐振电容,支持TFC.1和TFC.0票证格式。
智能防干扰功能允许同时有多张卡在现场工作。防干扰算法单独选择每张卡。该算法确保所选定的卡正确执行交易,不会受到现场另一张卡的干扰。
MF0ULx1针对轻松集成和使用简便而设计,允许在不到35 ms的时间内完成整个票证交易。
