NCX2202：低压比较器；开漏输出
NCX2202是带开漏输出的单低电压低功耗比较器。
NCX2202具有6 μA的极低电源电流，保证在1.3 V的低电压下可工作且在高达5.5 V时完全可工作。该器件凭借这些特性而便于在3.0 V和5.0 V系统中使用。
