MMBD353L: 7.0 V Schottky Diode, dual, series reverse
The Schottky Diode is designed primarily for UHF mixer applications but is suitable also for use in detector and ultra fast switching circuits.

- Low Forward Voltage - 0.5 Volts (Typ) @ IF = 10 mA
