MURS230: Power Rectifier, Ultra-Fast Recovery, 2 A, 300 V
The Ultrafast Rectifier is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications, where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
