NL17SG125: Bus Buffer with 3-State
The NL17SG125 MiniGate is an advanced high speed CMOS Bus Buffer with 3 State Output in ultrasmall footprint.The NL17SG125 input structures provides protection when voltages up to 4.6 V are applied.
