The ADS5413EVM provides a platform for evaluating the ADS5413 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) under various signal, reference, and supply conditions.
The EVM enables evaluation of single ended / differential inputs to the ADC using an amplifier / tranformer. 2 SMA connectors enable 2 sets of clock to provide the device clock and provide required setup and hold times of the output data with respect to the output clock.
