A 350-mW audio power amplifier capable of operating in both bridge-tied load (BTL) and single-ended (SE) modes for low-voltage applications requiring an external speaker and earphone. The device will switch between BTL and SE modes on-the-fly. The TPA311 is characterized at 3.3-V and 5-V, and features a shutdown mode. DEPOP circuitry eliminates speaker noise when the amplifier turns on, off, or exits shutdown. Package: 8-pin SOIC PowerPAD.
