AMS04 / AMS05 are two terminal band-gap voltage references available in 1.25V respectively 2.5V output. The wide operating current range and a low temperature coefficient make these devices attractive for instrumentation, data acquisition converters and telecommunication applications. The AMS04/AMS05 are a direct replacement to TC04/TC05.
