AMS1009 is a precision band-gap voltage reference diode. This voltage reference features a very low dynamic impedance and good temperature coefficient, operating over a wide current range. A third terminal allows the reference voltage to be adjusted to 5% to calibrate out system errors. The AMS1009 is used as a reference for 5V systems, power supplies instrumentation and in current loop measurement and control systems.
