Hittite’s low power, high performance Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) feature pipelined architectures with resolutions from 8 to 14 bits and sampling speeds from 3 MSPS to 1000 MSPS. They are multifunction ADCs which target high performance applications such as wireless communications, cellular infrastructure, radar and instrumentation. These converters are part of Hittite’s commitment to supply products for the entire RF and microwave signal chain covering automotive, broadband, test & measurement, multi-point radio, satellite and GSM/W-CDMA/4G/LTE markets.
In addition to the standard low power, high performance Analog-to-Digital Converters, Hittite also offers ultra high bandwidth, non-interleaved flash and folding / interpolating-flash ADCs. These ADCs are capable of operating at sampling rates up to 26 GSPS and leverage Hittite’s industry-leading track-and-hold design patents and advanced packaging capabilities. Operating over the full -55°C to +85°C temperature range, these ADCs are fully capable of supporting sub-sampling applications into Ku band, and are ideal for wideband receiver systems and test instrumentation applications.
