ML2722 1.5 Mbps FSK Transceiver
The ML2722 is a high performance 900MHz RF transceiver IC designed for unlicensed ISM band operations. Designed to work in the 902 to 928MHz frequency band it is a Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) RF transceiver. The device supports DSSS and FHSS and can achieve 1.5Mbps communication links in systems complying with the new wideband FCC Part 15.247. The ML2722 integrates its own DC regulation enabling the IC to operate over a wide voltage range. It also has a simple baseband interface for transmit power management PLL control & detection and RSSI. This device is 'Green' (WEEE) and RoHS compliant.
