TGA4510 29 - 37 GHz 驱动放大器
The TriQuint TGA4510 is a Ka band packaged 1 Watt power amplifier. The TGA4510 operates from 28 to 31 GHz and is designed using TriQuint's power pHEMT production process. The TGA4510 typically provides 30 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression with small signal gain of 22 dB. The TGA4510 is available in a low-cost, surface mount 4 x 4 QFN style package and is ideally suited for Ka band VSAT ground terminal, point-to-point radio and point-to-multipoint applications. The part is lead-free and RoHS compliant. Evaluation boards are available upon request.
