HMC-ALH364 低噪声放大器芯片,24 - 32 GHz

HMC-ALH364是一款GaAs MMIC HEMT三级、自偏置、低噪声放大器芯片,工作频率范围为24至32 GHz。 该放大器提供21 dB增益、2 dB噪声系数和+7 dBm输出功率(1 dB增益压缩),采用+5V单电源时功耗仅为68 mA。 由于尺寸较小(1.09 mm2),HMC-ALH364放大器芯片适合集成到多芯片模块(MCM)中。
