STPS20S100C：100 V, 20 A power Schottky rectifier

Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adaptators and on board dc/dc converters. The device is packaged in TO-220AB, I2PAK and TO-220FPAB.
