PLL transmitter IC for RF low-cost transmission systems, such as those used in industrial applications. It supports data rates of up to 50-kBaud ASK and 32-kBaud FSK modulation scheme. The device's transmitting frequency range is 310 to 350MHz. It can be used in both FSK and ASK systems.
