The ATC18M is fabricated on a proprietary 0.18µm up to six-layer metal CMOS process for supply voltages of 1.8V ± 0.15V. Core and I/O cells are designed to operate with VDD = 1.8V ± 0.15V as the target operating conditions. The device is compatible with extensive range of Atmel microcontrollers, DSP, standard interface and application-specific cells. Simulation representations are provided for MIN, TYP, and MAX operating conditions.
