Highest-density PLD available in a 44-pin surface mount package. A fully-connected logic array and flexible macrocell structure make it easy to obtain high gate utilization. This high-performance CMOS programmable logic device (PLD) uses Atmel's proven electrically-erasable technology. It is available in fully green or LHF (lead and halide-free) packages.
