The SAMA5D31 is an ARM® Cortex™-A5 processor-based embedded microprocessor unit (eMPU) operating at 536MHz (850DMIPS). The device features a floating-point unit, support for the Linux operating system and a comprehensive peripheral set for connectivity and advanced user interfaces, including 10/100 Ethernet, HS USB and LCD controller. It also integrates state-of-the-art security features with a secure bootloader, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Triple Data Encryption Standard (TDES), Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) and True Random Number Generator (TRNG).
