BUK9C10-65BIT: N沟道TrenchPLUS逻辑电平FET
N沟道增强型场效应功率晶体管，采用SOT427封装。该器件采用恩智浦高性能TrenchPLUS技术制造，具有极低通态电阻、集成了电流感测晶体管和过温保护二极管。
