NCX2220: 低压比较器

NCX2220提供双低压低功耗比较器。

NCX2220的每个比较器都具有5μA的极低电源电流，保证在1.3 V的低电压下可工作且在高达5.5 V时完全可工作，该器件因此便于在3.0 V和5.0 V系统中使用。
