The TUSB6020 is a USB 2.0 High-speed to VLYNQ Bridge Device. It enables application processors (DSPs/OMAP/MCUs) that do NOT have integrated USB cores to function as a USB 2.0 High-speed Peripheral, Host, or On-the-Go (OTG) device.
The TUSB6020PDK features a mini-PCI form factor daughter card designed to interface to the Product Development Kit of various DSPs and DaVinci Processors. It will enable the DSP to act as a USB 2.0 High-speed Peripheral, embedded USB 2.0 Host Controller, USB 2.0 High-speed OTG dual-role device. Included is the required software stack to add this functionality to TI’s real-time DSP/BIOS™ kernel.
