GIGABIT_ETH_SFP
SFP stands for "small form-factor pluggable" and is a hot-swappable input/output device that plugs into a Gigabit Ethernet port or slot, linking the port with the network. The Gigabit Ethernet SFP module enable customers to transmit 1000Base-T Ethernet over standard 75-ohm coaxial cable up to 70 meters. This is an ideal application where existing coaxial cable can be used or for noisy industrial environments where coaxial shielding is important.
Features- Supports 1000base-T Ethernet over coax
- Supports up to 70 meters of RG6 cable
- Power provided via the SFP socket
- Functionally compatible with fiber optic transceiver system in SFP form factor
